Seabourn’s North American Sales Team
We want to update you on what we believe will assist us in achieving our goal of being your top partner. Our five main objectives are to:
- Develop a meaningful and appropriate investment in trade marketing
- Maintain competitive commercial terms
- Create a greater level of engagement from our sales team
- Make it even easier to work with your sales contacts
- Tell an authentic and compelling brand story that connects with our guests and partners
To meet these goals we have, over the past year, built a dynamic North America sales team to help us engage with you on an unprecedented level.
Here is the ‘Who’s Who’ of our North America Sales Teams
Key Accounts – This team is regionally based throughout North America and supports our elite accounts.
- Jerilyn Giacone (Manager, Northeast Key Accounts)
- John Milbrath (Manager, Northwest Key Accounts)
Jerilyn and John join the rest of our Key Account team, Jessi Fundora (Southeast Key Accounts), Cathy Heriot (Southwest Key Accounts) and Jill Forde-Weed (Central Key Accounts). This team continues to be led by our Director of Key Accounts, Wendy Whitener. Wendy joined the Seabourn team in January and has been instrumental in leading our North America initiatives.
National Accounts – This team works in partnership with both our consortia partners and our strategic accounts. Joining this team recently:
- Eva Damato (Senior Manager, National & Strategic Accounts)
- Maxine Gundermann (Senior Manager, National & Strategic Accounts)
This team is led by our Director of National & Strategic Accounts, Shane Buksh. Shane joined the National Accounts team as Senior Manager last year and was recently promoted to his new role. Shane has demonstrated excellent leadership in National Accounts as well as establishing a new presence for Seabourn in Canada.
Expedition Sales – With the introduction of Seabourn Venture this past summer, and the anticipated arrival of Seabourn Pursuit next year, we wanted to add an extra focus on this emerging segment. To that goal we recently added Mark Spillane, Director of Expedition Sales, to support our global sales team efforts as well as work with our trade partners to educate and formulate new business development opportunities.
Additionally, we recently promoted Nate Burdulis to Director of Sales Operations, Planning and Strategic Development. Nate joined the dedicated Seabourn team last year and has demonstrated excellent leadership in reshaping our sales operation and working closely with the whole sales team to drive critical initiatives.
Finally, as we look to grow our Charters and Incentive Group business, we are fortunate to have our seasoned Director of Charters, Incentives and Latin America Sales, Pierre Van Breda.
We are confident that this team places Seabourn in the best possible position to be successful as a company and to be your best partner.
