A Guide to Helping Your Clients with Future Cruise Credits

We know you and your clients have questions about Future Cruise Credits (FCC). Do they have credits? How many do they have? How do they access them? How do they use them?

We have designed a new video to help you with managing your client’s Future Cruise Credits (FCC).

The FCC List Tab video takes you through the steps in POLAR Online that will help you find out if your client has a Future Cruise Credit. We hope you benefit from this easy and effective way to access and manage your client’s future bookings.

It’s actually quite simple to see an overview of available FCC and Future Cruise Deposits (FCD) without having to call Reservations. You can quickly complete the whole process by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to GoSeabourn.com
  2. Click on the “Go to POLAR Online” button on the homepage.
  3. If you are a Travel Advisor, please click on the “Future Cruise Credit List” button.
  4. The list of Future Cruise Credits and Future Cruise Deposits is displayed.
